Shipping Information

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is not included unless specifically stated in the listing. Please contact Westway Vending with your complete delivery address before purchasing so we can provide an accurate freight quote.

We work with nationwide freight carriers and receive highly competitive rates for shipping vending machines throughout the continental United States.

STANDARD COMMERCIAL DELIVERY

The least expensive shipping option is delivery to a commercial business that has:

• A loading dock, or
• A forklift available to unload the machine

The buyer is responsible for unloading the freight from the delivery truck.

LIFTGATE AND LIMITED-ACCESS DELIVERY

A liftgate is required when the delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift. The carrier will use the liftgate to lower the machine to ground level.

Residential addresses and limited-access locations typically require liftgate service and are subject to additional freight charges. Liftgate service is curbside delivery only. The driver will not move the machine inside a building, residence, garage, storage unit, or other structure.

Locations commonly considered limited access include:

• Residences and apartment communities
• Schools, colleges, and universities
• Churches and other places of worship
• Farms and ranches
• Construction sites
• Hotels, motels, and resorts
• Storage facilities
• Military bases and government facilities
• Nursing homes and healthcare facilities
• Golf courses and country clubs
• Amusement parks, campgrounds, and fairgrounds
• Gated properties or locations with restricted entry

Please accurately describe the delivery location when requesting a quote. Freight carriers may charge additional fees if the location is residential or limited access but was not disclosed in advance. Any additional carrier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be the buyer’s responsibility.

PACKAGING AND FREIGHT PREPARATION

Machines are carefully prepared for transportation and, when applicable, secured to a pallet, wrapped with protective material, and shrink-wrapped to help minimize the possibility of damage during transit.

IMPORTANT—INSPECT BEFORE SIGNING

The buyer or person accepting delivery must carefully inspect the machine and packaging before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

If any damage is visible:

  1. Clearly describe the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

  2. Take detailed photographs of the machine, packaging, pallet, and damaged areas.

  3. Keep all packaging materials.

  4. Send Westway Vending copies of the delivery paperwork and photographs immediately.

Do not write only “subject to inspection.” Any visible damage must be described specifically on the delivery receipt.

By signing the delivery receipt without noting visible damage, the buyer confirms that the shipment was received in satisfactory condition. This may prevent a successful freight claim. Westway Vending will assist with the claims process, but the buyer is responsible for inspecting the shipment and properly documenting any damage at the time of delivery.

SHIPPING AREA

Standard freight service is available within the lower 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may be possible only by prior arrangement.

International buyers are generally responsible for arranging transportation from our facility or through a U.S.-based freight forwarder, including all export documentation, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and related charges.

Please contact Westway Vending before purchasing with your delivery ZIP code, whether the address is commercial or residential, and whether a forklift or loading dock is available.

Warranty Information

WARRANTY INFORMATION

90-DAY LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY

Westway Vending stands behind the equipment we sell. We provide a 90-Day Limited Parts Warranty on all refurbished equipment purchased directly from Westway Vending.

Our equipment is professionally refurbished, pre-owned equipment unless specifically stated otherwise. The 90-day warranty period begins on the date the equipment is delivered to the customer or picked up from Westway Vending.

WHAT IS COVERED

During the 90-day warranty period, Westway Vending will provide covered replacement parts at no cost to the customer, including standard shipping within the continental United States, for components determined by Westway Vending to have failed under normal use.

If you experience an issue, please contact us before purchasing replacement parts or arranging outside repairs. Our team will help troubleshoot the problem and determine the appropriate solution. We may request photographs, videos, model and serial numbers, or other information necessary to properly diagnose the equipment.

Replacement parts provided under warranty are limited to parts reasonably determined by Westway Vending to be necessary to correct the covered equipment failure.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The 90-Day Limited Parts Warranty is a parts-only warranty. It does not include labor, technician or service calls, installation or removal of parts, travel expenses, or other service-related costs.

The warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic condition
  • Improper installation, setup, or assembly
  • Improper electrical supply, wiring, plumbing, or utility connections
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, vandalism, or accidental damage
  • Improper maintenance, cleaning, or storage
  • Damage caused while moving or transporting the equipment after delivery
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Use of the equipment for a purpose for which it was not designed
  • Consumable items or routine maintenance items
  • Problems caused by external conditions or equipment not supplied by Westway Vending

Because our machines are refurbished, pre-owned equipment, they may show normal signs of previous use, including scratches, dents, fading, repaired areas, or other cosmetic imperfections. These cosmetic conditions do not affect the functionality of the equipment and are not considered defects covered by the warranty.

WARRANTY PARTS & SHIPPING

Westway Vending will cover the cost of approved replacement parts and standard shipping of warranty parts within the continental United States during the 90-day warranty period.

In some circumstances, we may require the defective component to be returned to Westway Vending. If a return is required, our team will provide instructions.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & WARRANTY CLAIMS

To request warranty assistance, please contact Westway Vending and provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Customer or company name
  • Order or invoice number
  • Machine make and model
  • Machine serial number, if available
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos or videos when requested

Our team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and determine whether a replacement part is necessary.

Please contact Westway Vending before arranging outside repairs or replacing components if you intend to make a warranty claim. Westway Vending is not responsible for unauthorized repair expenses, outside labor charges, or parts purchased from third parties.

OUR SUPPORT DOESN'T END AFTER 90 DAYS

The 90-day parts warranty may have an expiration date, but our commitment to our customers does not.

Customer service is a top priority at Westway Vending. After the warranty period ends, our team will continue to provide technical support and help troubleshoot your equipment for as long as you own it.

Whether you need help diagnosing an issue, identifying a replacement part, or simply have a question about your machine, we want Westway Vending to be a resource you can rely on throughout the life of your equipment.

Replacement parts, shipping, outside labor, and other repair costs after the warranty period may be the customer's responsibility, but our team will continue to be here to help.

WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER

The 90-Day Limited Parts Warranty applies only to equipment purchased directly from Westway Vending by the original purchaser and is not transferable if the equipment is subsequently resold or transferred to another owner.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

Westway Vending's obligation under this limited warranty is limited to providing covered replacement parts and standard shipping during the applicable warranty period as described above. Westway Vending does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of refurbished equipment and is not responsible for lost sales, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business, loss of location, product spoilage, downtime, or other incidental or consequential losses resulting from equipment failure or inability to use the equipment.

Except for the 90-Day Limited Parts Warranty expressly stated above, equipment is sold without any additional warranty from Westway Vending unless specifically stated in writing at the time of sale.
